Customer satisfaction is important to us.

* Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the order.
* Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
* Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
* For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
* Some items (personal use or hygiene products) may not be eligible for return.
